At Surefoot, we are committed to ensuring your gear fits perfectly and performs at its peak. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to the product.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
