We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Since athletic fit varies by brand, we provide measurements in centimeters and inches to ensure you find the perfect match for your performance needs.
What is your return policy for worn sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, base layers and socks cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you need your gear sooner for a scheduled event, we offer Express Shipping options at checkout which deliver within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance equipment?
Yes, all Surefoot technical gear comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal so you can follow your gear from our warehouse to your doorstep.
